I got a chance to see manu chau last night in prospect park and it was amazing! one of the best shows i've ever been too. if you get a chance to see him i highly recommend going, you wont be disappointed. they guy is amazing, they vibes this guy puts out is incredible.

these small drawings will be at the rock vs. art show june 29th at churchills in miami. which i was just there last night. i went with my brother and his wife right after being picked up from the airport. nothing like going to churchills as a welcoming home. i've been going there for more than ten years and last night was the first time i ate there,the vegetable curry was not bad. i recommend it. anyways if you're in miami stop by and check it out i'm sure it'll be cool. i wont be there but i'll be there in spirit.

a little experiment on shape and color.

a friend of mine and i are attempting to start a project designing graphics for anything from stationary to shirts. this is a quick concept i did last night before going to bed. all the designs will revolve around the theme "love".more on this as i figure out what i'm doing...:)

this is a small watercolor i did on my sketchbook sunday morning at central park. it's been a while since i've done some painting from life so this was a good warm up for the summer. hopefully there will be more to come.

so i ran into this website called meetup.com last week thru my friend carolita. i recommend checking it out. it's a good way to network and meet new artists. i signed up to 3 meet up groups. this sunday i'm meeting up with the first group called central park sketch, it should be fun, i'm taking my watercolors and a new sketchbook i just got. i also signed up to a figure drawing meet up and another one called old school art. if your looking for groups to sketch with i highly recommend checking it out.
