i'm back

sorry for the lack of posts this weeks, it's been busy this past few days wiht alot of random shit. this is another concept for a group project i'm working on.

manu chau

I got a chance to see manu chau last night in prospect park and it was amazing! one of the best shows i've ever been too. if you get a chance to see him i highly recommend going, you wont be disappointed. they guy is amazing, they vibes this guy puts out is incredible.

ARTSLAM

if you are in new york next week, come on by for some good times.

pastel paper, guache and ink

these small drawings will be at the rock vs. art show june 29th at churchills in miami. which i was just there last night. i went with my brother and his wife right after being picked up from the airport. nothing like going to churchills as a welcoming home. i've been going there for more than ten years and last night was the first time i ate there, the vegetable curry was not bad. i recommend it. anyways if you're in miami stop by and check it out i'm sure it'll be cool. i wont be there but i'll be there in spirit.

meetup.com

so i ran into this website called meetup.com last week thru my friend carolita. i recommend checking it out. it's a good way to network and meet new artists. i signed up to 3 meet up groups. this sunday i'm meeting up with the first group called central park sketch, it should be fun, i'm taking my watercolors and a new sketchbook i just got. i also signed up to a figure drawing meet up and another one called old school art. if your looking for groups to sketch with i highly recommend checking it out.

shirts

so i decided to submit a couple of tee shirt designs to this place called bountee. check out the link above and spread some love. rate me!!!

little color sketch i did a while bag in one of my old sketchbooks. i used clear gesso over one of my drawings and went ahead and painted it using acrylics. the gesso gave me this really grainy texture which i used to like.
