sketches

here are a couple of emily drawings i have done over the past couple of days. i would have to say the top one is my favorite one, the rest i am not too crazy about about. it's always fun and at the same time frustrating drawing with a pen because once you put your mark down there is no going back and the pen is not as forgiving as a pencil. but i find it to be challenging, so maybe that's why i enjoy it, i never know what end end result will be, i try to be loose in my mark making but there are times where i stiffen up , much like in the drawing below where i wrote my frustration.
